Anglo-American University

I spent a semester in Prague, Czech Republic, building my skills and connections to produce a five-minute story on any topic. Through Instagram, I found Julia Azza-Herout, and after a few days of texting, my partner and I met her at her studio. We spent hours filming, talking, and sharing Kisses. Finding interviews was challenging in a country where I had few connections and didn't know the language. Sometimes, I traveled over an hour for an interview. Luckily, Julia was in the heart of Prague and ready for her feature story.

Palm Beach Atlantic University: The Beacon Today
I spent six semesters at PBA in the heart of WPB with the last two semesters as Broadcast Editor. As Broadcast Editor for my university’s journalism lab, I led a team of eight student journalists in producing bi-monthly 15–20-minute newscasts. I managed production schedules, assigned and edited stories, wrote scripts, and set up production roles. I also assisted reporters with interviews by helping with camera work, audio, and lighting. This role strengthened my newsroom management, leadership, and multimedia production skills in a fast-paced environment.
